1. Precious Metals Policy

Gold and silver bullion products are considered high-value investment assets and are subject to market fluctuations. Because of this, all sales are generally considered final once an order has been processed and shipped. This is standard practice within the precious metals industry.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns may only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged during shipping
  • Your item has a verified manufacturing defect

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

3. Non-Returnable Items

For security and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened bullion products
  • Used or altered items
  • Products removed from original packaging or assay card
  • Products with broken seals
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Orders affected by precious metal market fluctuations

Bullion products that have been tampered with, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

4. Return Authorization Required

All approved returns require a Return Authorization before sending any item back.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must:

  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging and documentation
  • Be securely packaged for return shipment

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment approval.

Because bullion prices fluctuate continuously, canceled orders may be subject to administrative fees or market-loss adjustments where applicable.

8. Shipping Damage Claims

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photos immediately before opening
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.

9. Fraud Prevention

For security purposes, JAVAZ LLC Gold Bar Investment reserves the right to:

  • Refuse suspicious transactions
  • Request identity verification for high-value orders
  • Cancel orders flagged for fraud prevention
